Riana Pretorius
Trustee
Riana Pretorius is Chair of the organizing committee for the Building Better Businesses Symposium being held on September 26 and 27, 2019. She is a member of the Pretoria Capital Rotary Club and a co-founder of Rotary Means Business.
Riana is the Founder and CEO of Exponential Financial Options, a wealth management advisor. She became a Trustee of The Townships Project Trust in South Africa in 2019.

Judith Chinkumbi
Trustee
Judith Chinkumbi is a Trustee of The Townships Project Trust and a member of the organizing committee of the Building Better Businesses Symposium being held on September 26 and 27, 2019. She is also a member of the Rotary eClub of Southern Africa.
Judith holds an executive position in corporate governance with ABSA Bank.

Felicity Jones
Officer
Felicity Jones is an Officer of The Townships Project Trust and a member of the organizing committee of the Building Better Businesses Symposium being held on September 26 and 27, 2019. She is also a member of the Rotary Club.
Felicity holds an executive position with Standard Bank.

Ross Gillett
Officer
Ross is a member of the Organizing Committee of the Building Better Businesses Symposium and became an Officer of The Townships Project Trust in South Africa in 2019.
Ross has been a member of Rotary in South Africa since 2014 and is Past President of the Rotary Club of Centurion. Following a 30 year career in telecommunications (26 with Siemens and 4 with Aviat Networks), Ross became a realtor and now owns Jawitz Properties Centurion, an independent franchise.

Jayshree Padayatchey
Volunteer Organizer
Jayshree is on the organizing committee of the Building Better Businesses Symposium being held on September 26 and 27, 2019. She joined The Townships Project team in 2010 as an intern responsible for organizing the first MicroFranchising Launch in Khayelitsha outside Cape Town. She became Project Manager in South Africa in 2012 and ran two more MicroFranchising Launches for The Townships Project. She subsequently worked directly with the South African Department of Trade and Industry and later with the Department of Small Business Development to develop their microfranchising initiative.
Jayshree is passionate about stimulating community economic development for women and youth in townships and rural communities and continues to support our objectives of Building Better Businesses by introducing this project to entrepreneurs who can benefit from it. She has been recognized by the South African Woman of the Year Awards for her community work.
